When your skin is feeling extra sensitive, this is ideal. For a mild exfoliant, try washing with ground organic oatmeal, add a little water or a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make a light paste, rub over your skin and then rinse.
Mixed with honey or yoghurt, this makes a gorgeous soothing face pack and is gently scented with rose geranium and sweet almond essential oils.
