The National
Eczema Societies website. This link will take you straight to
the FAQ
(Frequently Asked Questions) page which is full of eczema info. Thier
website is a little untidy - but the information here is accurate and
very useful. Again, this site has the facts on available treatments,
changing your diet, things to avoid and fund raising activitys.

The Vegan Society. Food, Facts, Nutrition, Lifestyle - this
site is
packed with brilliant information. Food ideas, Animal Care &
Information, Lifestyle information, Vegans and the environment and lots
more. A great site to look around if you or your friends are vegan.

Another fantastic information resource from the Vegetarian
Society.
Competitions, Recipies, Lifestyle advice & ideas. The site
features plenty of news and info, and lots to get involved with.

undertake other carbon reducing projects on our behalf. If you have
recently taken a cheap flight or you drive to work with just yourself
in the car, (Feeling guilty? you should!) you can use the
carbon calculator to see just how much carbon pollution you have
contributed to, and offset it!

Loaded with information on 'well being' and yoga this site lets you
know of many different types of therapy and practise. Although this
site is Australian - so you probably wont want to book classes! - it
contains alot of useful guidance and advice.
Another site about the art of yoga, but this time with a more spiritual
guide to the ideas and practises of Yoga. It also includes in depth
information about the history and traditions & teachings of
yoga. A very interesting site indeed!

Ethical
Consumer Magazine. a fantastic monthly for all your ethical
needs, Consumer advice, Where to shop, Guides to carbon offsetting,
Which lightbulbs are best to use! Plenty of thoughts and opinion to
read through.

provides information on positively
screened companies and organisations and links you through to ethical
and sustainable products and services provided by our

Monkey-Drum began in 1993 at Camden Market, London. It was founded by Jonathan Wells who had spent the previous six years travelling, including three years in Asia and a year at sea.
